How do I place an order with DrChair.com?

On the product page there is a link labeled “Add to Cart”. Clicking this link will add the product to the cart. To check out and purchase your item, click “Shopping Cart” (in the upper right hand corner). Here you will be asked to confirm your order and to issue payment information.

Does Dr. Chair Accept Purchase Orders?

How is my personal information protected?

In order to protect your payment information, we encrypt all the information using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software.  Dr. Chair will only reveal the last four numbers of your credit card when confirming your order, and we will discard all credit card information after we have debited your card for the order.

Dr. Chair will never share your contact information with any third parties and we will only send you Dr. Chair promotional material if you’ve requested us to do so. You may unsubscribe to Dr. Chair promotional emails at any time.

How do I check the status of my order or track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a UPS tracking number for your purchase. You can log on to UPS.com to track your packages in transit. If your package has not yet shipped, please contact our customer service department at (877-242-0404 or support@drchair.com) to inquire about the status of your order. To expedite the process, please have your order number ready.

This is a tracking number tied to your order that allows us to easily reference it. You’ll find it  at the top of the order confirmation email listed as "Order Number."

What types of payment are accepted?

Shipping/Delivery Information



Will I ever be charged for delivery?

DrChair.com will never charge you for shipping if the chair is being shipped to the contiguous United States. Every chair on our site has free shipping. If you reside in Hawaii or Alaska a Customer Service representative will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to inform you what the shipping costs will be. At that time you can cancel your order if you wish.

What is your shipping/delivery policy?

Shipping is always free at DrChair.com. Most orders will ship by UPS Ground and will arrive within 5-10 days of purchase. For more information please visit our Shipping information page.

Will the delivery person deliver inside?

No, most deliveries will not include inside delivery. Please contact our Customer Service department to make a special arrangement for an inside delivery (additional fees may apply).


Do I need to be present to accept the delivery?"

Typically, all deliveries must be signed for, unless you make a special request with our customer service department (Additional Fees may apply).

Most orders ship within three business days of purchase. Is it possible to receive my product faster than the typical 1-2 weeks? Yes, expedited delivery is available for some chairs at an additional charge. On the checkout page select “Expedited Delivery” to have the chair arrive within 3 business days of your order.

Assembly for most chairs is simple and straightforward and will take between 5 and 15 minutes.

Is professional assembly available?

Yes, professional assembly is available. Contact our customer service department and we’ll arrange for professional assembly. Extra charges will apply. How can I adjust my chair? Every chair has different adjustment procedures. Please consult that instructional guide that was with your chair when it arrived. What is the cancellation policy?

Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled.  However, with our 30-day warranty, you can return your chair at no cost. Once we've received the chair, we'll issue a full refund to your credit card, so feel free to order another chair in the mean time.

What if something is wrong with the chair (damaged/missing part)?

For damaged or missing parts, please contact our customer service department at  877-242-0404 or support@drchair.com. We’ll most likely ship you the correct part to fix the problem. In extreme cases we’ll send you a new chair.

What if my item is out of stock?

Although it’s rare, occasionally an item listed on the website will be out of stock. If this is the case, a customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours to inform you of the wait time for your item. At this time you can choose to continue with the order, replace your chair with an item that’s in stock, or cancel the order all together.

Will I Receive an Email Confirmation of Purchase?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after making your purchase confirming all of the details of your order. Please contact Dr. Chair immediately if something is incorrect. When we ship your items you’ll receive another email containing a UPS tracking number, which you can use to track the transit of your order at ups.com
