At Dr. Chair we want you to be comfortable making a purchase

Guaranteed 30-Day Warranty. If you
are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full
refund. We’ll even arrange for free
return shipping.
Chairs must
be returned in new condition with all parts and pieces included to ensure a
full refund. Dr. Chair will pay for the
return shipping and issue a full refund to the customer upon receipt of the
chair, less any applicable restocking fee. Return orders of over 5 chairs will
be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Though we only accept returns within the 30-day period
following customer receipt of the product, all of our chairs are covered by
manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 year to Lifetime coverage. In
order to initiate a warranty contact Dr. Chair at 877-242-0404 with any questions; we’ll be happy to assist you in
redeeming a warranty with a manufacturer.
In order to initiate a product return, contact us at support@drchair.com
or 1-877-242-0404. We will issue you a
Return Authorization and a UPS Ground return-shipping label by email, which you
can print and attach to the original packaging.
In most cases you’ll be able to arrange for a home or office
pickup. Upon receipt of the chair DrChair
will credit your credit card for the full amount paid, less any applicable
restocking fee.
Dr. chair will not accept packages without a Return Authorization.
If your chair arrives damaged, whether by the manufacturer or through shipping, Dr. Chair will fix the problem as quickly as possible. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please notify us immediately so we can send replacement parts or a new chair. If we are not notified of a damaged chair within 3 days of its arrival we will assume it arrived undamaged.
