DR. CHAIR SHIPPING POLICY
All of our chairs have free shipping within the continental United States. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please contact DrChair to make shipping arrangements, by email at support@drchair.com or toll free at 1-877-242-0404. DrChair does not currently sell to international customers. If you reside in Canada, please check back soon as we hope to expand our coverage shortly.
Most chairs will ship in 3-5 business days. Most shipments will be sent UPS ground or FedEx ground and will typically arrive about 10 business days from the day you ordered. You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number and expected delivery date when the chair has been shipped.
We will charge your credit card at time of order shipment.
All packages will require a signature, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Dr. Chair is not responsible for fees incurred as a result of failed delivery.
Orders of multiple chairs will most likely ship by a freight carrier. For multiple chair orders, the customer will be contacted by Dr. Chair to arrange for delivery.
Typically, deliveries will be “tailgate”, meaning no inside delivery and/or assembly will be provided. For an additional fee, inside delivery, unpacking, and assembly can be arranged. Though many of our chairs ship unassembled, they are all easily assembled with simple tools.
Expedited delivery is available for certain chairs. Please check the expedited delivery choice on the check out page.
Should your package arrive damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for replacement parts or a new chair. If we are not notified of a damaged chair within 3 days of its arrival we will assume it arrived intact.
